The Launiu at Ward Village is an extremely new proposed development in Ward Village, planning to be the 11th building the Ward neighborhood. This luxury tower is proposed to be on the corner of Ala Moana Blvd. and Ward Ave. in a coveted spot over looking the adjacent ocean. The building will offer 486 new residences and 40 homes on the base of the building, referred to as the podium. They will be offering studio, one , and two, and three bedroom units.
